WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT OUR SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PayCryptoPal and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
